Returns

At The Cologne Cache, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because fragrances are personal-use items, we follow strict return guidelines to ensure product safety, authenticity, and quality.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be:

  • Brand new

  • Unopened

  • In its original sealed packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed fragrances. Once a bottle has been opened, we cannot resell it — even if only sprayed once.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed fragrances

  • Used products

  • Bottles with broken cellophane

  • Tester bottles (if purchased as testers)

  • Items marked as final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at colognecache@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

All returns must be shipped securely to ensure the bottle is protected during transit.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
